Daily Draw – March 16

When you get depressed, you stop doing things you love.  Except you don’t notice.  You say to yourself, I don’t have time.  I don’t have the energy.  I don’t like that anymore.  For the things you love, you often have to make time, to make them a priority.  As depression creeps into your life, you slowly let what is important slip away from you.  I love to read, and I love to read children’s literature. Picture books to me are like poems of encouragement and color. Why did I stop reading them?  Luckily, my books were waiting patiently for me to return:
